Startup Idea: Screen Time and Voice Over App

Startup idea to develop a mobile application that simultaneously records screen time and voice on iOS and Android devices. This idea caters to video creators on platforms like YouTube, who need to record their phone screens and attach commentary in real-time.

I have a youtube channel where I post videos quite frequently. I normally have to record my screen then do a voice over of the video after the fact which is a pain in the you know what. I know I am not the only person who would benefit from this but if there is software or an app that could be designed to both record an iphone/android screen as well as record voice at the same time that would be awesome. This is offered in a vast variety of ways for laptop/desktop applications but not on mobile devices. Thanks!

I have searched the app store and google vastly with no results. Screen/voice recording apps. I do a screen recording then add voice over it at a later time.
