Startup Idea: Feedback Analysis and Visualization Tool for Distribution Center Culture

Summary for idea #496
Startup idea to develop a software tool that takes in qualitative feedback from distribution center employees, allows categorization and tagging of the feedback, performs analysis, and generates visual graphs showing trends across various segments. The software could also provide predictive analytics.
Original submission by someone willing to pay to get a problem solved (not AI)

I collect qualitative feedback from employees on culture within a distribution center. The feedback I collect is in the form of comments and statements made by employees about their working conditions, leadership teams, company policies, etc.

After receiving the comments, I manually assign categories and themes to the feedback to generate graphs to be able to show managers a visual representation of the feedback.

Currently, I use Microsoft Excel to record feedback. I would benefit from a software that would allow you to input qualitative feedback (comments and statements), tag those comments with categories, and then would be able to analyze that data and show trends across multiple locations. Ideally, the software could provide some predictive analytic qualities, but even if it could just show trends across segments (locations, geographies, demographics, etc.)
