Startup Idea: Comprehensive Project Management Tool for Startups

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive project management software that's specifically tailored for small technology startups. The software should include functionalities such as tracking project schedules, roles assignment, invoice management, reporting over time, and a user-friendly dashboard.

I work for a small technology startup with 10 employees. Keeping track of project schedules has been difficult, and no software out there currently solves all of the problems we encounter. I'd like to be able to track and/or view:

• Start date
• Due date
• Personnel assigned (several roles - engineers, PM, creative)
• Overlaps with other projects
• Overdue projects
• Delays and why they happen (notes)
• Link to statement of work
• Invoice dates
• Invoice paid/unpaid status
• Dashboard with current status or links to frequently run reports
• Reporting over time so we can track our success rates.

I would definitely be willing to pay for a software like this, but probably a small monthly fee over time instead of a one time or annual fee. Our budgets are small but I feel like this would be very useful for me as I am in an oversight role.
