Startup Idea: Client Communication Automation for Bankruptcy Law Firm

Startup idea to develop a communication automation system specialized for law firms. The software should handle incoming messages, allow the lawyer to review and record responses, and then auto call clients back with updates about their case.

I am the owner of a bankruptcy Law firm.

I need a better way to communicate with clients. They call me all the time and need answers. I can give them answers but it is hard to keep up.

I need some kind of recorded outreach system that can take incoming messages which I can then review and record an answer. Then the system would auto call the client back to tell them I am working on their case.

This would allow me to take 10 minutes to update multiple clients.
