Startup Idea: Automated Complaints Resolution Software

Startup idea to develop a subscription-based service that takes care of user complaints regarding their vendors. Users can simply email their problems to the service and it will be handled for them, saving them from hours spent dealing with customer service.

I would like to subscribe to a service that would handle complaints about my vendors for me. I don't have time to spend on the phone with customer service for hours. I would pay a monthly subscription fee for a service I could email with my problems as they occur and handle them for me. For example, right now I am upset that my homeowners changed my policy without my consent. I called once and got the run around. I wish I could pay someone to do it for me. I had a problem with my wifi a few years ago and spent weeks arguing with customer service. That is when I had this idea. I would have been paying a monthly fee from the wifi problem to the insurance problem without actually using the services.
