Startup Idea: Legal Case Management and Payment Software for Traffic/Criminal Attorneys

Startup idea to develop a software solution or mobile app for traffic/criminal attorneys that allows clients to upload ticket images. The attorney can review the case, accept or reject it, and then provide a link for payment via credit card or Paypal.

I work in the legal industry as a traffic/criminal attorney. Usually, I have to meet with clients for even small matters; so that can, for example, give me a traffic ticket they would like me to work on.

But, it's hard to get enough volume to justify doing individual tickets for people, and I need to filter bad cases - taking up even more time. I have to drive an hour+, and meet with a client for another half hour, then collect money, for little profit. I would pay for a software or app where a person could, for example, take a picture of a ticket and upload it to my system, where I can review it.

Then, if I agree to accept the case, they can simply be sent a link where they can pay via credit card or paypal. If such a system existed, I could receive more volume, I could filter through bad tickets, save time by not having to meet with clients, and streamline the payment process.

Yes, I looked in the app store and did not find anything. I don't have a solution to the problem, I kind of just overcharge on every ticket so that it would be worth it to take.
