Startup Idea: Noise and Crowd Prediction Software

Startup idea to develop software that provides predictions about the noise level and crowd density at different locations, useful for individuals with sensory issues. The software should offer extensive details such as layout information and users' ratings.

I have sensory issues, specifically with my hearing that make me hypersensitive to sound. Going to some places is difficult due to the unpredictable nature of how noisy they might be. Normally I do carry earplugs, but sometimes they're not enough.

I wish I had some type of software that could tell me how noisy or crowded a place would be. Google maps has something that tells you how crowded a place is during certain times, but in my experience it hasn't been super accurate. Plus it doesn't take into account how closely packed a place is, etc.

Basically, I just wish there was something out there that would make this easier. The ideal solution for me would have something similar to the google maps view, but also have information about layout of a place, ratings from other people with similar issues to me, etc.
