Startup Idea: Automatic Reservation Reminder Software for Travel Agents

Startup idea to develop a software that allows travel agents to input clients' travel dates and automatically calculates and reminds them of the date to make specific reservations such as dining and rides. The software functionalities should address the travel agent's problem of potentially missing an important booking.

I am a travel agent that specializes in Disney and Universal travel. A large part of my job is making reservations for dining and ride plans that are made on specific dates.

For instance, dining reservations if staying on Disney property may be made 180 days from the date of check in.

I would love software that would allow me to input my clients travel dates and give me the date in the future that the plans may be made on.

It would also be nice if the software were able to send me a reminder that the date is upcoming and available.

I currently use my calendar app and have it set up to send me a reminder on the day that the reservation can be made but it doesn't always come at a convenient time and sometimes, if I'm not on top of things, I miss something

I have attempted to find a solution. I searched for time tracking, date estimates.
