Startup Idea: Integrated CRM and Consulting Environment for Software Testers

Startup idea to develop a multilingual, deeply integrated CRM that links issues to common software systems. The tool aims to improve resource management in information retrieval for client management, particularly tailored for software testers in large, multinational companies.

I am a software tester working for a multinational company with over 200K employees. We travel a lot and maintain a huge database of projects, bugs, etc.

Our lives are very hectic and we manage an intense amount of detail. Emphasis on intense. Due to the fast-paced development of information technology, the many operating systems we deal with, etc.

It has come to my attention that we are not managing our resources well when it comes to information retrieval for client management.

We need a multiingual, deeply integrated CRM that links issues to commonly used software, etc. We need an integrated consulting environment for software testers.

Think about it, developers have Visual Studio. Photographers have Photoshop. Yet software testers dont have a unifing tool for consultants. Its pretty very hard for us out there. We really need this tool fast.
