Startup Idea: Firearms Training Progress Tracker Software

Startup idea to develop a software application that can track the progress of firearms training students. The program would analyze data from shot timers and photo measurements to calculate average group size versus time taken to fire.

I am a firearms instructor, I often work with repeat customers, it would be value to have software keep track of their progress mathematically, by measuring average group size v.s time taken to fire; There are various shot timers on the market that can export data, and group size could be.measured via a photo with inch grid references

I have searched and could find no program.
