Startup Idea: Barbershop Appointment and Customer Engagement App

Startup idea to develop an application for a barbershop. The primary functionality is to allow customers to book appointments, along with additional features such as style updates, business ratings, monitor visited frequency with rewards, and choose preferred barber. Payment processing and customer raffles are potential future enhancements.

I am the owner of a babershop and I want to implement online appointments. I want an app that lets previous and new customers make appointments, keep up with the new styles and give the business rating based on how their appointment was.

The problem with this is that I am not a programmer and don't even know how to start, but what I need for now is to get an appointment app made for my barbershop. Later on I would like to add different features like rating maybe even choose who you want to cut your hair and pay thorugh the app.

Maybe have promotions after 5 visits get a discount or make a list of customers and have a raffle each month and one of them could win free haircut or a nice product for the customer.

I tried asking a friend that knows a bit about computers, he told me he was going to help me with the app but I haven't heard anything from him.
