Startup Idea: Job Alert Software for Temporary Workers

Startup idea to develop a software for temporary workers to receive customized notifications based on their qualifications and preferences when a job becomes available. Job-seekers no longer need to constantly check websites and fear missing out on opportunities.

I am a temporary worker with Kelly Services. I have to search the website daily, sometimes more than once a day to find jobs that I am qualified for and that I wish to accept.

If I don't check the website at the right time, someone else might take a job I want. I would like software that would allow me to put my qualifications and preferences (ie - Chemistry related work, minimum pay I would accept, distance from my home, length of assignment, work hours, etc).

I would like for this software to send me a text message or an app notification of some sort when a job I'd like becomes available.

I looked for an app like this and didn't find one. I searched "Kelly Services" in the app store, and there are apps, but not any that do this.
