I am a litigation officer work for a law firm, I type briefs for the office once a while when i am available in the office and when there are too much cases for the lawyers to attend in the court, we have a problem with our old jobs that were typed by other lawyers and people that have worked previously with the firm, we cant get some anymore, some are already in papers but they keep getting damaged because they are just heaped.

Firstly I would love to have an app that can be a simple one to use where all the workers can just login to upload there worked they typed or scan in processes that was served on them, we could have saved in the company files but it is not advisable giving password to every worker that joins the company, sometimes we always have confidential mails that come in.

Also for the purpose of records we need to have a place to store the general work for easy access to every one that get employment with the company. This will save us stress, energy, funds and time. we consulted people but yet to get a worthy response and product.
