Startup Idea: Web Content Extraction Software for Website Upgrades

Startup idea to develop a software that extracts important data from outdated websites. This software will either generate previews of potential updates, or create comprehensive lists of extracted information to streamline the website redevelopment process for freelance web developers working with small businesses.

I work as a freelance web developer for small businesses, and it would be great if I had software that pulled relevant information from the customers current outdated website and turned it into a preview for the customer to look at.

Another option would be to have a software that just pulled the info and created a list so it would be easier for me to create the new site without constantly referring to the old site.

I would be willing to pay a monthly fee to have access to this kind of software. I've spotted a few primitive programs on Github but nothing has stood out to me. I have to manually pull the info from the old site still.
