Startup Idea: Project Management Software for Architects

Startup idea to develop a project management software specifically tailored for architects. The software should be capable of scheduling project phases and managing financials in a graphical, easy-to-understand manner.

I am an architect, and having software that will help schedule project phases and financials would be amazing.

Currently we just make little excel spreadsheets. But being able to see the phases of the project along with the hours and fee/profit associated with them in a graphic way would be very valuable.

The only other program that I know of that is made to help architecture firms is ArchiOffice, but it is expensive for a small 5 person firm to get, and doesn't have all the features we would want, and it is kinda ugly, as a design firm why can't our software look good too?.
