Startup Idea: Property Management Issue Reporting Software

Startup idea to develop a software for commercial real estate property management that allows tenants to report their problems. This would create an organized and informative list of all issues across properties, sorted by type, location, and timing of submission. Potential to be adapted to other customer-heavy industries.

I work in property management for a commercial real estate company. My largest problem is that, when tenants have problems, their only option is to email myself or a representative to have it solved.

If an email is lost or I have a barrage of 50+ emails in a short period of time, sometimes issues can get lost which leads to unhappy tenants.

I wish there was a software that I could have all my tenants enlist in where they could report their problems, and then on my end I would have an organized and informative list of all problems across all my properties sorted by type, location, and time of submit.

I would pay for this software and I think it could be adapted to service all sorts of industries where a company receives many email requests from customers per day.
