Startup Idea: Virtual Visualization Software for Filmmakers

Startup idea to develop a specialized software for filmmakers, allowing them to visualize their storyboards in a 3D environment before actual camera shooting. This program should also provide features to add lighting, sound, and effects. Enhanced version with Virtual Reality support can further boost its market value and usability.

I am a filmmaker and I find it difficult to find something that will properly visualize the shots I am trying to capture with my camera before money and time and resources are spent. I have been searching for something that effectively and easily can visualize storyboards, and then navigate though 3 d space to then see what the camera will see. Even better would then be able to then add lighting , sound, and effects to the scene.

I know all filmmakers would pay top dollar for such a program, and it could have other applications as well in other fields, involving anything where you need to visualize in a 3 d space. If you could somehow implement this where it could be used with virtual reality, I think you probably could then sell it for $500 to $1000 dollars. The more powerful you make it, giving the most options to producers and directors the more money you could charge for it.

Any programs now that get close to what I am describing are very clumsy and inadequate and just take too long to really use. Yes. I have looked all over, and have been looking for close to a decade now with very little results to a program that really allows a director to visualize shots and scenes.
