Startup Idea: Driving Instruction Error Evaluation Software

Startup idea to develop a software that records and evaluates the frequency and type of errors made by driving students during lessons. This software would provide immediate, objective feedback, alleviating the need for the instructor to catch every mistake in real time.

I am a driving instructor for a private business. Many of the errors made by students are repetitive.

As the focus of the instructor is mainly on the immediate, many errors can be unnoticed. ie. speed control, drifting, erratic braking or accelerating.

In the course of a two hour lesson the focus is to be safe and to observe other traffic situations which often causes many control problems to be missed.

If software were available to evaluate both the item and the frequency of the error, it would be helpful and perhaps allow immediate feedback from technology rather than the word of the instructor.

Some insurance companies offer a diagnostic port, but this only measures a very small portion of the overall driving habits.
