Startup Idea: Automated Data Entry Software for Networking Clubs

Startup idea to develop an AI-based software solution capable of reading handwritten questionnaire data from scans and auto-populating these into the necessary fields in a database or program. The goal is to help streamline and automate the process of manually entering the data for numerous club members joining every week.

I work for a company that offers memberships to chartered networking clubs. Every week, there is about 100 new members signing up. They fill out a questionnaire, and I have to enter all of that data into a computer program.

It gets vary tedious and I have more important tasks. I wish there was a software program that could enter the data for me.

For instance, I could scan the information sheet. The software would be able to read specific handwritten sections, and enter that data into the different sections it needs to be entered into. I think software is already available to transcribe handwritten words, but is it also able to re-enter it into specific fields were it needs to go in a computer program.
