Startup Idea: Advanced Vocal Assistant for Early Dementia/Alzheimer's

Startup idea to develop a highly functional vocal assistant that can assist with a variety of tasks and reminders, designed specifically for individuals with early dementia or Alzheimer's. I need a real vocal assistant that can help me do several different things. Have you ever tried to voice activate an apt in a doctors office? its embarrassing. have you ever been walking down the road and forgotten where you are going? my phone should have a way i can send myself a reminder or like i can say to it. today we are going for a stroll in the park, and as i am walking i forget, did i have an apt? instead of looking through my phone it could have a little msg where the time is that says going on a stroll in the park. see my point, it will help us with early dementia/alzheimers be able to keep track of ourselves! I have used siri and cortana neither are very good neither is google assist although its better than the other two itd be nice if it could tie in your grocery list, map of where you are and reminders.
