Startup Idea: Augmented Reality App for Fitness Motivation

Startup idea to develop an augmented reality application to help personal trainers motivate clients. The app, usable on mobile or Windows, would allow users to visualize their potential weight loss progress by overlaying an image of a thinner version of their body on their current image.

I am a personal trainer. The hardest part of my job is getting people interested in working out and then keeping them motivated passed the first couple of weeks (failed new year's resolution anyone?). With the advent of Augmented Reality, I would love to see (preferably on mobile) augmented reality software that shows a person's body much thinner than they are now.

The ideal software would work through the device's camera/webcam, showing the picture of the person and possibly estimating their bodyfat percentage. Then with the click of a button, it overlays an image of the person at a lower bodyfat percentage. As a trainer, my pitch would be: "This is you as you are now. But after just a month of dieting and exercise, what if I could get you to look like this? But wait, what if after 90 days, just 3 short months--I could get you to look like this (clicking the button to show an even smaller body fat)."

I would prefer this on mobile, as my phone is easily accessible at the gym but would be willing to have it in Windows. Free would be ideal obviously, but if this was a quality app, I'd buy upwards of 10 dollars (depending again on quality, features, etc.). There are novelty apps that make a person fatter (fatbooth), or look older, or bald. But they are photo apps. I'm looking for something that moves with the person. Similar to AR emoji/animoji. Currently nothing exists so I don't have a way to solve my problem. I rely on other people's before and after photos.
