I am a freelance blogger working on a long term project in gardening.

I am not good at computery stuff at all. I'd like a program, like a data base?, where I could track progress of different gardening experiments such as if I start my seeds in coir vs peat or if I plant out in April vs May.

I'd need to be able to add details for each plant, but then find different ways to compare and contrast.

Being able to add or tag photos for each step of they way would be very handy.

Also a to-do type calendar to keep track of the different experiments such as fertilizing heavy once a month vs fertilizing light every week. If it could be super simple to use that would be fantastic. Yes, garden planners and gardening calendars.

Right now I use a mish-mash of 3x5 cards and a paper journal. Photos are not organized at all.
