Startup Idea: Software Solution for Troubleshooting in IT Industry

Startup idea to develop an intelligent software checklist/map that provides a systematic approach to troubleshoot IT-related issues. The software would both analyse problems and suggest steps towards solutions, essentially serving as an automated IT professional.

I work in the IT Industry. As such, troubleshooting is the main part of working in the IT Industry. I think there should be a "software checklist" or a "software map" guide to troubleshooting and possible solutions instead of google searching every single thing.

Maybe a troubleshooting software engine would fix this problem. Yes I would pay for software to solve this. The software could map out solutions or ask questions as to what problem you're having.

Then it will provide solutions such as "have you tried doing this, and this", until it comes to a final solution and it knows why the problem occurred.

As far as I know, only IT professionals are the "troubleshooting engine". Based on knowledges and experiences, they won't follow a guideline but rather try things their own way.
