Startup Idea: Online Order Management and Delivery Confirmation Tool for Small Bakeries

Startup idea to develop a software for small bakeries that facilitates the smooth management and delivery of online, phone and walk-in orders. The tool should provide features to view all incoming and received orders, live updates to addresses or contact details, and confirm delivery times, improving efficiency during busy periods.

I work for a small bakery staffed with less than 10 people. My job is to deliver any order that comes in via online, phone or walk in catering, so it can be a bit hectic at times, given the busy holiday seasons.

One crucial aspect to my job is confirming addresses, as sometimes an online order comes in with one digit missing or mistyped, and confirming times available to receive the delivery, as more often than not, it is being delivered in the form of s gift that the recipient has no idea about.

As such, the perfect tool would be a place to view all orders incoming and received, along with live updates to addresses or telephone numbers, in case of any issues. I believe software could be developed for this to make the delivery aspect a little smoother, especially for online orders that are made on the same day.
