I am a virtual assistant and offer office and web based services to business clients and I find my biggest waste of time is updating my clients work status as goals are reached and then remembering who needs including, who I've invoiced and the status of the project or assignment.

It would be great to have a software that I could use to load the job, how many hours it is, what stage I'm at and when it's complete, it can automatically invoice and mark it as invoiced.

At the moment I just use an Excel database, which relies on me manually updating and invoicing, and as I can work for multiple clients at a time, it can be hard work to remember everything. Yes i have tried searching and searched for CRM systems but there was nothing really relevant.

I just use Excel and brain power at the moment.
