Startup Idea: Real-time Pharmacy Workflow Tracker

Startup idea to develop a HIPAA-compliant software providing real-time updates to patients about the progress of their medication preparation. The goal is to replicate an experience similar to Domino's pizza model for tracking orders, making it user-friendly and accessible via mobile platforms for patient convenience.

I work as a pharmacy technician and something that we have mentioned multiple times is the waiting process for the patient.

It would be nice to have a HIPAA (name protected) way of showing patients how much longer their medications need before it is finished (thinking of a Dominoes pizza model where it shows how long each step takes to show the patient there is progress).

This should be available on a site on their phones so they know when to come back or to reach out to their doctors as soon as possible.

My professor at pharmacy school tried to use an excel sheet but the interface just doesn't work well and it took too much effort for someone to man it.
