Startup Idea: In-App Communication and Bug Reporting Tool for Software Testers

Startup idea to develop a robust, integrated communication tool that allows software testers to communicate directly with their clients within the app itself. In addition to messaging, this tool would feature bug reporting and screenshot sharing capabilities for increased work efficiency.

As an independent contractor and software tester, I regularly need to communicate with my clients about the mobile software I test.

When I catch bugs or issues it can take a lot of time for my clients to respond. It would be ideal to have a better mode of communication besides email. For instance, it would be helpful to communicate with them right within their app.

A built in communication system could greatly aid with testing. It would be helpful to have a way to report bugs and send back screenshots right within the software during the testing process.

For the sheer time it would save, I would be willing to pay a reasonable amount for its use this--and more importantly--for the increased work efficiency and communication it would promote. I'm sure many organizations would feel the same way.
