Startup Idea: Custom CRM for Remodeling Projects Tracking

Startup idea to develop a specialized CRM system focused on tracking remodeling projects. The system should handle various stages of projects, manage payments, invoices and different roles of employees. Integration with QuickBooks for accounting and capability for automated email/SMS campaigns should be considered.

I work in the remodeling business. I need a CRM that can track remodeling projects Project stages, example

• Stage 1: Demo
• Stage 2: Installation, etc.

Each of these stages have payments associated as you get part of the pay as each stage is done.

Each stage has different invoices, and different employees that do different parts of this multi stage project. Each project also involves multiple invoices for different types of suppliers of tiles, cabinets, etc for the kitchen or bath.

I have quick books software for the accounting part but I'm looking for a good CRM that can track the processes from start to completion.

Preferably it could also sync with quickbooks. I would pay for this software. If the software worked properly it would integrate with invoicing software and have automated email/SMS campaigns.
