Startup Idea: Automated Meeting Scheduler Software

Startup idea to develop a software that can automatically schedule office meetings according to staff availability. This includes having up-to-date schedules of all staff and finding an optimal time slot that suits everyone.

I am currently a business student with the experience of one summer internship.

During the internship, I noticed that coordinating an office meeting with a large number a staff was quite a challenge. Everyone's schedule would need to be taken into account and often it would just not work out for some people.

I believe that software can fix this.

The software would need to have everyone's up-to-date schedules uploaded on to it, and then from there, it can search through everyone's schedule for a meeting time that works.

Instead of having to go through the tedious work of scheduling a meeting, a software can do it automatically for you. I believe this software could easily be sold to businesses everywhere.
