Startup Idea: Comprehensive Seminar Scheduling Software

Startup idea to develop an advanced scheduling programme, able to manage multiple seminars and employees. Essential features include a day-at-a-glance view, real-time updates, detailed seminar information storage and conflict alert system. Bonus features would be employee hours calculation and availability online and as a real-time updated app.

A lot of my job has to do with scheduling. We give seminars to different businesses, and usually have 1-3 seminars on a given day, at various times. I have had a hard time finding a scheduling program that allows me to clearly and easily schedule multiple employees at multiple seminars on any given day.

Below is a description of the ideal scheduling program, which I have not been able to find yet:

• Must be able to see entire day at a glance
• Must be able to see where every employee is at any given time at a glance
• Must be available online and through an app that is updated in real-time
• Must be able to store detailed information about each seminar including time, location, contact person, and notes
• Would be nice to have the ability to set alerts when a schedule is updated or has a conflicting appointment
• Would be nice to have a feature that calculates the total scheduled hours per employee.

Yes, I have looked all over. I have looked into productivity and scheduling programs and apps. Nothing does exactly what I need. Right now I use the TeamUp website, which has some of the features I am looking for, but not everything. My department has the funding to purchase only one program, and I haven't wanted to spend our funding on something that doesn't meet all of our needs.
