Startup Idea: Mortgage Process Time Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software that enables mortgage companies to track all stages of engagement with their clients; from the initial conversation to closing a deal. It would improve time management, prioritize tasks and enhance productivity.

I work in the mortgage Industry.

I run a mortgage company in south Florida.

I know that there has to be a software or program that can help me with time management of my employees.

I want something that tracks the time they initially speak to a client through to when its a closed deal. I need to be able to track these things so I can set priorities and maximize everyones production. If you have ideas please let me know. Ive used different softwares but they only track a certain segment of the process.
