Startup Idea: Tenant Screening Software

Startup idea to develop software which will allow property managers/landlords to streamline tenant screenings by compiling background checks, reference checks, and prior leasing data into one easy-to-use platform.

I am in the property management/ rental business. When considering to rent to a new tenant I have to run a background check, reference check, prior leasing check ect.

All these processes take a lot of time. If there was a piece of software where I could type in the persons name and information and it could give me all the information I need to evaluate a potential tenant it would be invaluable. I would pay $300-$500 for this software.
