Startup Idea: Universal Design File Converter Program

Startup idea to develop a universal converter tool allowing smooth conversions among various design programs (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro/E) without encountering issues and ensuring easy view and edit by the clients in any program they wish to use.

I work as a Mechanical Design Engineer for a company that builds large filtration equipment/systems to purify water, vapor, and natural gas.

I spend a lot of time working with various design programs (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro/E, etc) and am surprised at how difficult it is sometimes to convert drawings between the formats of those programs.

It's simple enough to export stuff as a pdf but a lot of times our clients want to revise and edit things themselves and nobody ever has the same design program.

I've tried online converters and even exporting to different formats within the programs but it always results in some kind of issue. I really wish there was one program that would allow a smooth conversion of these files so that they could be viewed and edited in any program the client wishes to use.

I have tried a few different programs online (free and paid) and so far I haven't been completely satisfied with any of them.
