Startup Idea: Farm and Garden Management Mobile Application

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive mobile application for farmers and gardeners to plan and manage their farm or garden aspects. The app includes grid layout customization, planned maintenance schedules, picture-aided plant growth tracking and a logbook functionality.

I am a farmer in rural Virginia. Recently, when I was planning for planting, I tried to see if there were any viable options for android or iOS (smart phones, tablets) that I could use for planning all of my garden aspects, like a nice grid type layout where I could customize the rows, both horizontally and vertically.

Options for planned maintenance (weeding, pest control, fertilization). Picture-aided tracking of plant progress. "Log book" functionality.

Basically we need something nice made for phones that can help us with the planning, maintenance, and possibly even clean-up/next year prep for farms and gardens. I did try looking for one and there aren't any good apps for this, except for one called "GrowVeg" but even that doesn't have all the functionalities I suggested.
