Startup Idea: Automated Call Handling Service for Restaurants

Startup idea to create an automated service for restaurants that can handle phone calls, take orders, and solve common customer problems. This would alleviate the burden of managing calls and food prep simultaneously, especially during peak hours.

I work at a popular chain pizza restaurant and since we do primarily deliveries, 99% of the time I am the only person in the store.

It is nearly impossible to juggle answering the phones AND making PLUS preparing and packaging the food.

Sometimes I get extremely backed up in the utmost important task of making every single order, because I have to keep stopping to answer phones calls.

If there was a service that could answer phone calls properly and receive orders or field common problems and orders, it would make my life turn from a living hell during peak hours, to totally smooth and easy to deal with.

Yes people can order online, but a lot of customers just don't like that technology and still want to call.
