Startup Idea: Software for Realtors to Review and Endorse Each Other

Startup idea to create a database or user website designed specifically for real estate agents. The platform will allow agents to rate, endorse or review each other. This will facilitate communication and help agents identify trustworthy peers to work with on deals, addressing issues related to ethics and responsiveness in the industry.

I am a real estate agent. While we are, as an industry, having a lot of different software solutions available to us, they are all focused on the realtor--customer relationship. Like Zillow and Trulia which allow us to advertise both our properties and ourselves to customers. We also get reviewed on those sites by customers.

The problem I see is that there is no way to know what other realtors you can trust to work with on deals. There is always a buyers agent and a sellers agent, or if you are just showing homes, you with your customer and a listing agent. Sometimes other agents are not ethical or responsive. Having a database or user website just for agents, where we could rate and endorse or review each other, would solve this problem.
