Startup Idea: Neighbourhood Pizza Delivery Optimization App

Startup idea to build an app that organizes and optimizes pizza deliveries within the same neighbourhood. The application would notify residents when a neighbour has ordered pizza and offers them the opportunity to place their order too for a more efficient delivery and possibly a special incentive.

So I've often seen pizza deliveries done to one house and then 20 minutes later returning to the same neighborhood just doors down. I tried thinking of an app that would maybe notify other neighbors "hey your neighbor ordered so if you want to order in the next 5 minutes we will be there anyway" Maybe even offering an incentive to customers. Thought is saving gas for drivers. Not really.
