Startup Idea: Tender Management Software Solution

Startup idea to develop a software solution that streamlines the process of preparing and applying for tender bids. Features likely to include bid-sheet pricing integration and an embedded repository for documents relating to the bid.

I am getting more and more involved with developing and submitting tender bids and offers for services - I have found that keeping track of associated documents associated with bids and pricing figures are a huge pain and could be streamlined.

I believe a piece of software which allows me to install the pricing into my bid sheets ahead of time would save me a lot of time rather than having to go back through documents later.

Also, a repository within those bid sheets for my associated files and plans would be very helpful. I would think the software would need to be tailored for various types of business bids and formats but would be very helpful.
