Startup Idea: Device Management Software for Company-Owned Phones

Startup idea to develop a software solution that enables business owners to remotely control and manage all company-provided mobile phones. This software would allow viewing of phone screens and installing programs on multiple devices from a central PC.

I have a business with over 30 employees. We give out company phones to all our employees. I need a way to control all 30 devices at once so I can install programs and keep the phones clean without having to get each one back individually.

If I could get some sort of program that allows me to view the screens of all 30 devices on my pc, and control each one it would save a countless hours.
