Startup Idea: Grocery Sales and Recipe Planner App

Startup idea to develop an app that tracks weekly sales of grocery items, pairs them with suitable recipes to create meal plans and shopping lists, while also managing a household budget.

I could use an app that tracks weekly sales of grocery items, pair them with recipes to create meal plans, shopping list, and household budget.

It would be a nice challenge to come under the food budget and still create good meal plan for the week.

In some recipe sites, you can save recipes and create shopping list based on recipes you select, but I would like to select meal plans based on sales at local grocery stores.
