Startup Idea: Comprehensive CRM and Fundraising Database Software

Startup idea to develop a fully customizable CRM and digital fundraising database software. The software would be designed to keep track of both offline and online donations for nonprofits, automatically categorizing donors based on their donation level.

I currently work for a large nonprofit as a digital fundraising manager. The money brought in by this organization used to be primarily offline donations (checks, wills, etc) but in the past 4 years, our digital revenue has grown astronomically.

We are having a tough time finding/using a software that can be a fully customizable CRM and fundraising database. What we are using now only give a brief overview of the donors past online giving. Not their offline history. We need something that will show both.

A software that also automatically divides donors into different categories such as large donors ($1000+), mid level ($500+) and one-time would save us a ton of headache.

We are currently hosting demos for the current software out there.
