Startup Idea: Automated Customer Feedback Processing Software
I work in the technology industry (start up, e-learning). A big pain point is that we receive thousands of pieces of customer feedback but don't have a way to automatically process them.
Instead a human being has to categorize and tag each piece of feedback to understand the demands/needs of our user base who provides feedback.
I would definitely pay for software that uses natural language processing to categorize our feedback. There are products out there that do this, but inadequately or for way too much money.
There has got to be a better and cheaper way to tag open ended qualitative data for customer feedback. I have tried, I looked for customer feedback qualitative coding, terms like that. Right now we have a contractor review every piece of customer feedback manually and tag it.
