Startup Idea: Resume Sorting and Categorization Software for Startup

Summary for idea #716
Startup idea to develop efficient software that assists startups, particularly in the finance sector, to sort and categorize large volumes of resumes based on user-defined attributes, potentially misleading/spam resumes and managing lenient matches.
Original submission by someone willing to pay to get a problem solved (not AI)

I have started my own startup in finance. An issue I have is being able to quickly and efficiently go through a large volume of resumes for two open positions I have.

I find using recruiters and other software inefficient and/or to cost prohibitive. An ideal software program should be able be able to categorize the resumes I see into multiple categories based on user defined attributes, i.e. candidates resume contains relevant keywords of hob duties, experience, etc.

The issue I have with current software is they tend to disqualify good potential candidates due to missing specific keywords in their resume.

The software should be able to categorize candidates that have a strong resume and has a string match to keywords and another category that allows more lenient matches. An ideal software should also be able to flag potentially misleading/spam resumes.
