Startup Idea: Centralized Communication Tracking Software for Corporate Environment

Startup idea to develop a software that tracks all internal and external communications within a corporate environment. The software would allow users to record and update the status of the correspondence, ensuring employees and customers are always up-to-date with their requests.

I work for a company that has around 500 employees, where you get many correspondence a day, and whenever the customer or sender calls to check the status of it you can never give an immediate response because it is almost never found or in the Most of the cases this misplaced. It is in very bad taste never to be able to give an answer or have to say to call later. I have suggested that you look for software that can record all internal and external communications and that you can update the status of the same, so employees and customers can be up to date with your request.
