Startup Idea: Efficient Multilingual Team Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software that aids management of multilingual teams by providing accurate, colloquial translations. The software should enable a manager to input a message once and receive translations in multiple languages without any additional steps or checks.

I am a manager who runs simultaneous teams in 9 different languages. I don't speak all those languages, and managing my localized teams is difficult because current translation capabilities online are spotty at best.

I'd love a software solution that uses colloquial language and doesn't sound downright stupid when translating. If I could type one thing I need to say to all the teams and have that software parrot back what I need to say to each language without redoing searches, checking syntax, etc. that would be amazing. Yes, and Google has been the only real help. Which is to say no help at all.
