I work in software sales. There is a lack of lead scoring systems that score leads for outbound sales reps using machine learning/ AI and BDR notes from client files in our CRM.
It would be amazing to have a software that ranked leads so that our BDRs could focus their efforts on reaching out to those leads that are most likely to produce sales.
This software would use data on past sales results to rank leads based on their relative likelihood of resulting in a sale.
