Startup Idea: Reprographics Industry Specific Client Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software for the Reprographics industry that flags company-specific requirements or exceptions. For instance, 'ABC company always gets laminated front covers'. Simplify and automate task management without having to remember each client's unique requirements.

I work in the Reprographics industry. Our job orders come to us via software designed for the industry (ReproConnect). and also by regular email.

A software where I could plug in the name of a client who sent their work by email to us that flags all the potential exceptions for this customer that they won't necessarily have thought to tell us about each and every time would be wonderful. IE, a flag that says "ABC company always gets laminated front covers on their books as standard".

Would save having to have a mental list of every single customer and what they want all the time!. Outlook has nothing like this other than adding your own flags to emails, which if you have to do yourself defeats the purpose.
