Startup Idea: Automated Craigslist Scraper for Used Car Dealership

Startup idea to develop a software that automates the process of searching for car deals on Craigslist. The software should be able to continuously run searches based on specific criteria like year, cost, model etc., and notify the user when potential deals are found. This would help those in the used car dealership business find profitable deals without having to manually search all the time.

I work in the used car dealership world and often use "craigslist" (www.craigslist.com) to find the best cars to buy so I can turn around and sell at a profit.

One of the biggest issue I run into is not getting as many of the great deals because I physically cant be on my computer 24/7 to constantly search craigslist.

Having a software where you can modify a craigslist search to run non stop based on a lot of search criteria would enable me to filter every posting on a continous basis by receiving notifications for cars that meet my extensive search criteria such as year, cost, for sale by owner, model, etc.

I would definitely buy this software as it will allow me to buy many cars that meet my expectations without being on a search engine non stop.
