Startup Idea: Performance Enhancing Software for Digital Artists

Startup idea to develop a software solution to boost performance and reduce lag in digital art programs. This software would allow digital artists to work on their pieces at a lower quality for faster brush strokes, then automatically render the finished piece at the desired high quality.

I'm a freelance digital artist. This means that I take commissions and draw my pieces ENTIRELY on the computer, using a Wacom Intuos Draw tablet and my art program of choice.

Sometimes, I have to work in huge resolutions- like 8000x8000 pixel canvases with a 600 DPI.

As you can imagine, these file sizes are HUGE- but my computer was built specifically for digital art and has amazing specifications.

However, that doesn't change the fact that sometimes the art programs I use simply cannot keep up with my brush strokes. This is because they're attempting to fully render my piece at 600 DPI AS I'm drawing it.

It doesn't particularly matter what program I use, either- from Medibang to Photoshop, they all lag. If a program existed that made my art programs render my piece in a lower-quality while I'm working on it in order to increase program speed, and then render it in full quality once It's completed- that would really help with my turnaround time!.

I have tried to find a solution to this. I don't remember what search terms I used, but I couldn't find a solution. So, I just deal with the inconvenience.
