Startup Idea: Automated Website & Blog Updater Tool

Startup idea to develop software that automatically updates website and blog text at regular intervals. This tool would allow changes to be pre-set and applied without any manual input, keeping pages relevant and enhancing SEO. Especially useful for freelancers promoting businesses through content creation and SEO practices.

I have been writing blogs and designing websites for business owners over the past couple of years. Overall, it's been slow but little by little I'm learning from my own mistakes while also improving upon my craft.

The issue I've run into is that because I'm being paid to promote these businesses, there is a very high standard of what is considered acceptable for my line of work. For instance, everyone wants their business to be on the front page of a Google search, which is easier said than done.

I've done the research, and it's my understanding that the use of specific keywords will help push these websites/blogs to the top of a search engine. Another factor is updates. Even with the right keywords, if you don't update the page then it slowly slips down and off of the first search engine page.

With that knowledge, I'm able to keep these websites/blogs relevant by going back and making changes, but that means that I'm doing free work because I'd already been paid for the original work.

So it got me thinking: What if there is software available that does this stuff automatically? I can apply it to the website and at regularly scheduled intervals it will make minor updates that keep the page from slipping down the list after I'd worked to push it to the top. If I had a team working on my blogs and websites this wouldn't be an issue, but as someone that works alone I would love for there to be a way that allows me to automatically schedule these small updates in advance. For example, when writing a blog I can tell the software that I'd like to automatically change certain sentences at regular intervals, and be able to type in those changes in advance. That way I wouldn't have to go back weeks later and do it myself.

I feel like software that automatically updates blog and website text would be a fantastic tool for people like myself that work alone, and the promise of keeping these pages relevant well into the future would allow me to make more money for helping promote businesses. I've tried, but have yet to find any reliable software. I end up having to go back and make updates myself, which is not only time consuming, but also unpaid.
